This background was created with Dyan Dylusions spray in blue and a bit of white linen. And then stenciled in the flowers with white paint.
The butterflies are stamped in black archival inks and colored with Copic markers and fussy cut around.
The mauve rose is hand painted , sparkled up and also fussy cut around.
The sentiment was printed on the computer onto clear vellum and run thru the Cuttlebug with a Spellbinders die to create the frame.
One of the borders was also roughed up with one of Tim Holtz razors.
