Baby Book 2 ring binder

Making this one for a dear friend who has recently become a Grandmother. I used a Michaels book cover and ring package. Then added heavy, 2 sided paper for the inner pages, folded and hole punched. The paper is somewhat stronger than one sided paper, as I wanted to embellish the pages with lots of stuff, some heavier metal pieces, so it needed to be strong.

I'll post the inner pages a little later as I haven't given to her yet....but here's a peek at one.

    1. Absolutely possible. Why not! Ring binders give you the opportunity to decorate each page with tons of stuff as they're much larger. I'd advice sticking with a heavy paper/card stock tho as they get quite heavy with embellishments and you don't want it to rip away from the rings. Perhaps glue two pieces of heavy cardstock together to give you a good solid base to work on. I've also made albums from brown paper lunch bags which where just glued together....have a look further along in my blog. Have fun!
