This notepad was made from scratch. A recycled frozen pizza box made the outside covers, covered with thick two sided paper. The bottom cover tho has two layers of box for some added strength. Binded with my Zutter machine.
These are hand rolled roses. One butterfly is a digi stamped colored with copic markers, and the other was bought. The green and yellow vellum swirl is a die from Simon Says Stamp. Notes was cut with my Cricut and embossed with clear ep.
Under the front cover I created an envelope and punched a design around the flap. Ribbon glued in behind it to keep it closed.
For the notepad itself, I constructed an little pocket at the bottom edge to hold the writing paper. This makes it refillable. I also added a couple of paperclips
This is stunning! I love the elegance and dimension that you created with this piece. You've taken an ordinary notebook to an extraordinary level! Really beautiful work and I appreciate your eye for detail. The color blending is top-notch and the elements blend together beautifully. Those flowers are amazing and the butterflies are the perfect touch. I'm so glad that you shared your talents with us here at the Simon Says Stamp Monday Challenge Blog!
