Welcome Baby Zoe

Welcome Baby Zoe.

A Baptism card recycling the pink paper from their invitation card.
I used it for the pink frame, to make the cricut cut flowers and also reused the swirled design, as is, inside my card.
Cuttlebug embossing folder for the background: Poppies.

Spellbinders Oval Floral die, a computer generated sentiment printed on vellum paper and die cut using the Spellbinders Oval die.
The verse tag underneath is free to pull out.

A stamped Bible and flower image, cut out, and colored in using inky Distress Inks.

And what baby card wouldn't be complete with out some pretty pearl ribbons and lacy bows.

Laptop Cessna

So my son received a scholarship for a Pilots licence thru the Air Cadets and is spending the summer living a dream come true. I thought I'd surprise him with a little laptop decoration. (lucky for him it wasn't flowers wink wink) I found this awesome Cessna svg,  here. She's made 3 wonderful files to chose from and this one cut perfectly. Can't thank her enough to coming thru for me with my last minute idea! It was to be a surprise and the image subtle and so I cut it from black vinyl for his black laptop top.

He found it while setting it up in his new residence at the Flight Center. He loved it! I just may start getting requests to do other laptops! :)

Similar to this vase, but better. It now comes with a real, growing Ivy plant. One in a beautiful heart shape, instead of the silk flowers floating at the top.
Hand crafted card accompanies the vase.

2 with textured backgrounds, 1 with designer paper
Adorable Digi Stamps colored with Copic Markers
Flowers are 3d

Recently I won a Blogaversary giveaway. And she added some of these Magnolia stamps for me to practice coloring with my copic markers.
Well they were so stinking cute, that I tried really really hard to not mess them up, and actually use them on a card.
I still have a lot of practicing to do. And I'm still so very tempted to draw in a smile on her! :)

The premade flowers were also part of the very generous giveaway. I still haven't used everything.
Thanks so much Norma.
All frames by spellbinders.
Sentiments will get placed on later, likely printed on Vellum
